These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at pagequbehq.pro and the provision of website design, development, and hosting services by PageQube (the "Website Builder" / "we", "us", or "our") provided through the PageQubeHQ interactive cost calculator platform, both owned and operated by ELISMET LTD (Company Registration No. 16433590, registered in England and Wales) to you ("the Client"). By ordering our services or engaging us via WhatsApp, phone, or email, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The £150 Done-For-You Website Sprint

The PageQube core commercial offer is a rapid development sprint producing a professionally designed, mobile-responsive business brochure website for a fixed one-time fee of £150.

• Delivery Timeline: Websites are delivered and ready within 48 hours starting from the point the Client has provided all required baseline content (business name, logo or branding preference, core services list, and contact information).
• Inclusions: Up to standard commercial pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, Gallery/Reviews), responsive mobile optimization, contact form setup, local business SEO schema, SSL certificate, and free 1st-year UK cloud hosting.
• Year 2+ Hosting: Standard hosting is completely free for year one. Ongoing renewal is £48/year on standard shared cloud, with zero forced contracts or exit penalties.

2. Excluded Scopes & Special Scenarios

To ensure our strict 48-hour delivery timeline, the fixed £150 sprint specifically excludes:

• Complex multi-tenant SaaS applications, private member portals, and custom database backends.
• Heavy bespoke 3D WebGL animations and experimental interactive graphics.
• Large-scale e-commerce inventories requiring thousands of SKU imports (small product catalogues can be scoped separately).

Where a Client requests functionalities outside this scope, PageQube will provide an upfront written custom estimate before commencing any work.

3. Intellectual Property & 100% Client Ownership

Unlike subscription agencies or closed website builder platforms:

• Full Code Ownership: Upon final settlement of the agreed invoice, 100% of the custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and asset rights transfer unconditionally to the Client.
• No Lock-In: You are never locked into our servers. You may export your code and transfer your domain to any third-party host at any time with zero exit penalties.
• Domain Rights: Domains purchased or registered on your behalf are registered with you as the legal owner and administrative contact.

4. Client Obligations

To enable delivery within the guaranteed 48-hour window, the Client agrees to:

1. Supply requested brand materials, imagery, and text copy in a prompt manner.
2. Ensure they possess all necessary copyrights, licenses, or permissions for any materials supplied to us.
3. Review draft preview links and provide consolidated feedback within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Revision Policy

We take immense pride in the quality and speed of our builds. Every £150 sprint includes dedicated revision rounds to adjust layout, typography, colour balance, copy edits, and mobile rendering until you are 100% satisfied with the finished build.

6. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Invoices are denominated in Great British Pounds (GBP £). Payment is made via secure bank transfer or card payment link. We do not bill hidden recurring retainers or unexpected hourly fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UK law, PageQubeHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from website downtime, third-party registrar outages, or search engine ranking changes. Our total aggregate liability under any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
